Nature is not trying to do anything, her mere existence is the gift. Silently witnessing, supporting & offering what she is…wild & free.

It seems at times I cannot stop myself from taking the path less traveled…the exploration here is endless & sometimes I wonder if following the intended path would be easier…than I remember there is no one way & paths were created by those who went off the one path.

May we all keep walking in peace & harmony, it is our true nature.

Can we expand our capacity to allow and accept what is as it is in this moment? With the knowing that once we accept it, it can then change. Feel into what radical acceptance feels like. When we walk thru the forest we allow the trees to be as they are, for the river to flow as it is, we feel at ease. Imagine feeling this ease in all aspects of life. This is a step towards liberation from the egoic mind.

Sitting with tea in a ceremonial way has enriched my life with more peace, harmony, self acceptance & celebration.

Simply being silent & still, unlocks the inner knowing that all is well & I can be easeful.

When I am sitting with tea I am fully present and resonating in the frequency of unconditional love for All. This ritual awakens me to a bigger picture of what it means to be embodied & when I serve, I am aware of how this vibration is received by all who are present.

May we all find a way to awaken to the love that connects all.
