This is more than co-working and it’s nothing close to storage. What Ernest provides is a backbone of eCommerce support. Aside from just the space requirements, Ernest has a flex staffing model. Ernest Ready-Made Warehouse is looking for our next Community Manager, the first face people see when they walk through our doors, and the person who keeps this whole place feeling like Ernest.

This role is built around people. You'll manage member onboarding, run tours, keep the day-to-day operations of our Asheville e-commerce hub running smoothly, and be the connector between our team and the founders who call this place home.

Product-business experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most: you're organized, you're a genuine people person, and you follow through.

If someone leases a Warehouse Station from us, and this is their physical workplace, that’s no problem. If on the other hand, they are a co-working/office/virtual office member – not so fast…
So, how do you rank if your service area is not where you live and stay compliant?

Using our virtual office or virtual warehouse service is super helpful for those that don't need full time space, but do need a place to work from time to time, a place that can receive for them, or just a professional forward-facing address.
