We are a small, family owned American company! The owners and dispatchers all have active CDL’s! We personally know each of our drivers and consider ourselves family. We understand that if our drivers are not happy, our company won't succeed!

Most drivers are home every weekend or better! (Unless they are married, then they ask to be out for several weeks at a time, haha)

Owner Operators-
*Build the runs you want with us!
*Go where you want, when you want! Regional or OTR
*Make 75% of every load!
*Our load average between 2.20-3.20 per mile
*Fuel cards available - 30cent discount @ Loves, 15cents off at TA/Petro, cash prices at all other locations!!
*Direct Deposit or Zelle
*Health Insurance
*Paid every Friday!

Deductions:
Fuel
Insurance- $250/wk
Office Fee- $100/wk - ELOG/NAVIGATION INCLUDED
Escrow- $200 a week with a $2000 cap and IS mandatory.

WE WILL NOT FRONT ANY MONEY FOR TRUCK REPAIRS OR MAINTENANCE UNLESS YOU ARE UNDER DISPATCH AND HAVE EQUIVALENT REVENUE

YOU MUST HAVE:
2 years verifiable driving exp
No more than 2 traffic violations/1 accident and 1 traffic violation (in the last 2 years)
No drug conviction in the last 8 years
Criminal background/ SAP on case by case basis
Must have state inspection within 30 days
