TRAINING & PAY STRUCTURE

All new hires at BoxStar Movers begin in a training and evaluation period:

Training lasts 2 weeks up to 1 month, depending on:
Work availability
Individual performance and progress
Starting pay is $16.00 per hour
Opportunity to increase up to $25.00 per hour based on performance, reliability, and skill level
