It’s Texas, time to get the boat ready

This is our personal 2022 Seadoo Rxtx.

Quick history on this one. Installed a riva complete stage 2 kit when customer purchased new in 2022. We acquired it last March for personal use and testing.

So a lot of people think that performance upgrades lower the reliability of a ski. This ski has 60 ish hours on it. This is an amazing running ski. Went on multiple vacations and kept at the marina last year. Used to pull the kids on the tubes.

Ski runs high 70’s depending on water conditions and temperatures.

So why is it apart?? Upgrading the springs and retainers, adding a wide band port (for fine tuning, and adding head studs. Did it need these upgrades…. No…. But more of preventative.

So what’s the plan?? It will again be the family wagon this year. Going to adjust the tune this year…. Currently has a straight out of the box tune.

Point of this post….. don’t be afraid to get performance work done. Done right will not affect the reliability.
