We are proud to announce the famous yacht designer and boat builder Michael (Mick) Price has joined us surveying at Annapolis Marine Surveys. Mick has been designer and boat builder for over 35 years. We first worked together in the late 80s building Condor Trimarans. He is a fantastic expert in inspection of multihull structures. A little behind on this post but we forgot about the Blue Angels flying a few weeks ago and doing a survey on Back creek Annapolis which requires a seatrial in the Severn River. It too 30 minutes just to wonder through the pack of boats stacked all the way across the Severn from Navel Academy to Bay Ridge point. Here is glance of what we saw on the way out of the creek!

Steve is currently in Montreal Ca. The SAMS "Society of accredited marine surveyors" conference started today and will end on Saturday. Again adding to education is what it is all about! Its all about how we provide the best survey we can for you.

Well great news is that during my surgery recovery I went after both ABYC electrical and ABYC systems certifications. Passed both exams!!
Staying up to date with the latest standards in our industry is so important for surveyors!!

The latest on Steve's back surgery recovery is the he are getting better slowly but is progressing. Should be able to take on inspections starting October but will be limited them a little. Feel free to call for getting your inspection on the schedule.

Unfortunately Steve has gone in for major back surgery 7/8/2023 and will not be doing surveys for at least 2 month if not 3 months. We are so sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to help you during this time. We wish you the best luck with any purchases you might be completing and also We hope you are out on the water this summer enjoying life!!

Many of you don't know but Annapolis Marine Surveys now has an office aboard Steadfast.
She is a 1934 William Hand Motorsailor ketch rigged with a cutter staysail. She is 56 feet with a 7 foot draft and the big one is she weights 80,000 lbs.
