Wood Fired Up We are a mobile wood fired pizza trailer located in Ann Arbor. We offer a FUN and FAST experience We offer a FUN/FAST experince for everyone.

We are a mobile wood fired pizza that always us to come to your company, event or festival for guest to enjoy. Guests can watch the whole process from start to finish in less then 3 minutes. We can fire (cook) a pizza in less then 2 minutes allowing us to produce up to 120 pizzas an hour! So if you are thinking of having a food truck at your next event please consider Wood Fired Up.

Little updated for those that didn't know. We purchased an old horse farm about 1 1/2yr ago in Clarkston MI. We are converting it to a u cut flower farm named Rooted Haven Farm. We are super excited to say we are having our first u cut lavender event July 17-19th. Details and ticket are on the farms website www.rootedhavenfarm.com so grab a friend and enjoy some time on the farm.

DON'T WORRY Wood Fired Up is not going anywhere. Remember "It's not just pizza but a EXPERIENCE"
