We are a non-asset based intermediary that arranges for the transportation of our customers’ freight nationwide and solicits freight for our valued carriers. Integer Logistics Group is looking to hire an Owner Operator Dispatcher for a fleet of open deck Owner Operators in the outbound Iowa market. Integer Logistics Group is a non-asset based third party logistics provider founded in 2012 in Ankeny, IA. We are looking for a highly-motivated experienced Dispatcher to help organize, prioritize, control, accept, and negotiate freight. This team member will own the process from load building, communication with the drivers to completion and billing.

Successful Candidate Will:
- Communicate confidently and professionally with a variety of internal and external contacts including customers and truck drivers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
- Have excellent computer skills and the ability to bounce back and forth through various screens and systems.
- Have a working knowledge of open deck freight and ability pass accurate information on to the fleet of drivers.
- Use creative problem solving and fast decision-making skills

Job Qualification:
- Transportation/Logistics Dispatching background.
- Former driving experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills
