Spent some time outdoors this morning and it was exactly what I needed! 🌿

It’s been way too long since I hit the trails, but I’m making it a point to go once a week.

Nature truly is special. I saw so many busy bees completely covered in pollen – they were really putting in work! The vibrant flowers added such beautiful pops of color, and that cool, shiny green “thing” is Marah macrocarpa, or wild cucumber. Just a heads up, don’t eat it – it’s toxic! Historically, Indigenous peoples used it for things like treating hair loss and pain relief.

Feeling refreshed and ready for more adventures!
