Thousands of farmed Atlantic salmon were accidentally released into the waters between Anacortes and the San Juan Islands, and officials are asking people to catch as many as possible. Tribal fishers, concerned about native salmon populations, call the accident “a devastation.”

Two once in a lifetime events. A total solar eclipse and Brent Richards taking off work for a half hour on a Monday morning. I joke. Really though, thanks for taking the time to experience it with me. And to Northwest Rigging Thanks for sharing your eclipse glasses. Without which this tiny cell phone eclipse photo would not have been possible.
