And one last big project to leave for the season:
This 50’ Searay had so much work done over the winter it’s hard to recall it all:

-We replaced all self contained Marine Air units with split units. Partly to upgrade and partly to reduce operating noise in the living areas.
- installed a new oversized sink and dishwasher in the galley. This included a good amount of custom cabinetry fabrication
- installed a “dry bilge” system to reduce and standing water in the bilges
- upgraded all interior AC & DC lighting.
- cleaned and painted both engines
- installed new isenglass bridge surround with a single piece EZ2CY forward window for greater visibility

Another winter time, electronics installation, project off and running.

Besides the side-scan-sonar and high-powered-deep-water sonar installed on this vessel, we thought a really cool part of it who is installing two Sionyx cameras to get a much wider view both Port and Starboard for nighttime operation. I don’t think Sionyx or Garmin was aware of this capability so maybe we were the first??.plus’s all the other goodies like Starlink, Caterpillar engine data integration, Garmin Autopilot..

Wrapping up a few big projects from the winter.
This Boston Whaler that lives in Manhattan had all of its electronics replaced. It has dual systems to backup one another. Almost everything is duplicated. The customer decided to go with Raymarine.
We also upgraded the GOST system to include cameras for security as well as other auto generated notifications for bilge pumps, battery status etc.
Of course nothing is complete without a new Starlink connection as well as all the other goodies…AIS, smart TV, Mercury Smartcraft integration..
