Our founder, James E. Dockter, once said, “You win with good people who share your values.”

That statement was true 49 years ago, and it still stands true today. It’s a belief that has guided every step of our journey.

June was National Forklift Safety Month, and we’re proud to spotlight the incredible work of our forklift operators who keep things moving safely and efficiently every day!

At PBD, safety isn’t just a requirement - it’s a priority. Throughout June, we focused on:
- Ongoing forklift operator training
- Pedestrian awareness refreshers for all team members
- Reinforcing best practices to ensure everyone goes home safe

We also celebrated our amazing forklift team across all facilities throughout the month - recognizing their skill, focus, and commitment to safety. They play a huge role in keeping PBD running smoothly, and we appreciate them every single day!

Today, we celebrate and congratulate Haris on his retirement after an incredible 30-year journey with PBD Worldwide!

As a dedicated member of our Alpharetta warehouse team, Haris has played a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. His hard work, commitment, and positive attitude have left a lasting impact on all of us.

While we’ll miss seeing him on the floor, we couldn’t be more excited for his next chapter. Thank you, Haris, for three decades of dedication and hard work! Wishing you a well-earned retirement filled with joy, relaxation, and new adventures.

What started as a small operation of fulfilling orders from a kitchen table has evolved into an 3PL industry-leader driven by our commitment to technology and innovation, customer service and continuous improvement.

Since the beginning, PBD has embraced the challenges of the ever-changing logistics landscape. From the early days of manual operations to today’s high-tech fulfillment centers, we've consistently sought out ways to improve, refine and expand our fulfillment services.

Over the years, PBD has expanded from its humble beginnings to operating five strategically located facilities across the United States, totaling over 550,000 square feet. This geographic reach allows PBD to offer faster shipping times, reduced transportation costs, and enhanced service for clients nationwide.

But at the heart of PBD’s success are its people.
