Milton residents have a reason to celebrate as a new outdoor event space has opened at Market District Crabapple. The new space opened on August 7 with a returning event - the All-Nashville Roadshow

“This new outdoor space at Market District Crabapple is an exciting addition to downtown Milton,” said Mayor Peyton Jamison. “It will create another welcoming place for people to gather, connect and enjoy all that Crabapple has to offer while supporting the local businesses that make this area so special."

City of Alpharetta GA's Council has approved a new community bike-share program that will bring five stations and 25 pedal bikes to key destinations across the city. True North 400 is excited to sponsor two of the bike-share locations!

Drivers prepare for a major traffic pattern change on SR 400
southbound beginning August 29, weather permitting, as our partner, Georgia Department of Transportation continues construction on the SR 400 Express Lanes Project.

Southbound drivers traveling to the North Springs MARTA Station at Abernathy Road and Hammond Drive will soon use two new temporary exits.

New Temporary Exits:
North Springs MARTA Station (Temporary Exit 5B) - A MARTA-only exit located approximately 0.6 miles south of the current Exit 5.

Abernathy Road & Hammond Drive (Temporary Exit 5A) -
A separate exit serving Abernathy Road and Hammond Drive, located approximately 1.1 miles south of the current Exit 5.

Motorists are encouraged to watch for updated roadway signage and allow extra travel time as they become familiar with the new traffic pattern.

True North 400 was thrilled to join hundreds of regional leaders at the Council for Quality Growth's annual conference. This year’s theme, “The AI Era of the Built Environment is Here,” led to conversations around development, infrastructure, data centers, public policy and new technology.

Alex Battle, True North 400's Director of Development and Government Affairs, and Carrie Valdez, Project Coordinator for the CID, enjoyed learning from 23 different speakers during this annual conference.
