If you have a good driving record and tanker endorsement, we would like to meet you.
✨ALMA FULL TIME: straight truck, 1-2 days off per week. Must be available 2-3 weekends each month initially. (As we hire more drivers, your schedule will become more consistent)
✨ALMA PART TIME: straight truck, relief driver, must be available on weekends.
Pay: $23 starting. 6month reviews that can result in pay raises. Full health insurance, IRA, paid time off and bonus opportunities.
✨STJOHNS FULL TIME: 8 axle, relief driver, 2 days off per week. Must be willing to learn several routes and help where needed. Pay: $26 starting. 6month reviews that can result in pay raises. Full health insurance, IRA, paid time off and bonus opportunities.

Job details:
1) learn to drive tractor trailers, to park/stage trailers after milk transfers
2) climb tanker trailers repetitively, hooking up transfer hoses
3) attention to detail is extremely important. During training and certification you will learn about documenting paperwork for each trailer, milk testing and sealing loads.

Training pay (lasting approx 2 weeks) is $14 p/hr.
401k, full health benefits and paid vacation are included for full time workers. 6month reviews can result in pay raises.

DRB Transport/Duane LaLone Inc have paired with some giving employees, to make this unusual year a bit more normal. For local foster children, we filled 50 stockings, gave 20 packages of diapers and wipes, and 4 bags of toys pj's and necessities. We also adopted 2 veterans, Grover and Mike, to help them through this season. Thank you employees for your giving spirit. And thank you LaLone family for setting a standard on giving. Let's all do our part as a community to help those around us. Merry Christmas
