Mission Statement

ETI (Allentown, PA) was founded in 1977 as a “hot shot” delivery service to handle emergency, same day pick ups and deliveries. Our fleet consisted of 2 leased vans and our facility was in the basement of one of the owners. We had no experience in the “trucking business”, no ICC/PUC authority, no customers…

What we did have was the heartfelt belief that a company who provided excellent service for a reasonable price would find success in any marketplace.

Our founders came from a purchasing background for a large manufacturing company. In dealing with hundreds of vendors daily, they realized the value of choosing reliable partners who could be counted on to help them accomplish their jobs. They set out to become that kind of partner and found a ready audience of customers who needed their service.
