Isai Balderas
Isai joined PGT on March 4, 2026, and has already shown a strong commitment to safety and professionalism behind the wheel.
In March and April, Isai earned camera scores of 945 and 940, showing his focus on safe driving habits early in his career with PGT. Recently, we also received a call from a motorist who travels I-95 between Washington, D.C. and Baltimore every day. In the middle of what this caller described as a chaotic commute, Isai stood out for all the right reasons.
The caller shared that Isai was holding his lane, keeping a safe following distance, maintaining his speed and operating with professionalism. That kind of recognition says a lot. Doing the job the right way, especially in challenging conditions, is what defines a true professional driver.

Donald Dare
Donald is part of our dedicated fleet in Yorkville, Ohio, and has been with PGT for three years.
Donald continues to set a strong example through his professionalism, reliability and communication. With an impressive 1007 camera score, he shows a consistent commitment to safety while keeping the team informed on load updates, ETAs, trailer issues and anything else needed to keep the operation moving.
He is always willing to step in and help, whether that means taking an extra load, assisting with local freight, supporting wallboard loads or helping shuttle equipment when needed. Donald has become a go-to person for the team, and his experience, dependability and willingness to help make a real difference.

Viki Jovanoska
Over the past two months, Viki has played an important role by improving the way we coordinate travel for new drivers coming to PGT’s Driver Orientation and Training.
By restructuring the process and carefully comparing transportation options, Viki has made travel management more efficient for both our drivers and the company. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating better travel procedures has already made a strong impact, resulting in significant cost savings and improved driver satisfaction.
