A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for Wings Over Alexandria Airshow yesterday!! ✈️❤️

We are so grateful for everyone who came out and supported the event. A special thank you to all of our volunteers, sponsors, vendors, performers and their crews, first responders, emergency personnel, firefighters, and airport staff, along with the countless individuals who worked behind the scenes to make it all happen.
And finally, a huge thank you to the Wings Over Alexandria board for the countless hours of planning, hard work, and dedication that went into bringing this event to life. An airshow like this truly takes a team, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you.

Am I being dramatic in saying this airplane is a big part of the reason we still have a free country today? The best known fighter from WWII, the North American P-51 absolutely dominated the skies over Europe and later Japan during the war. Sweet Revenge from the Fagen Fighter's collection is ready to roll this weekend and show you some patriotic and timeless American fighter power with it's nearly 1,500hp 12 cylinder Merlin engine!

Sweet Revenge and the rest of the fleet will see you Saturday for some heart pounding action over Alexandria!
