I wanted to take a moment to thank you for an incredibly smooth move. From packing us up, to moving us out, putting us into storage and moving us into our new home, the service we received from your staff was just fantastic and first class. I was so nervous about turning over my 100 year old Steinway, not to mention some of our other non-replaceable, priceless pieces - especially putting it in storage! My nervousness was unfounded, as Wilson and the guys took such great care of EVERYTHING! Not just the things that needed special care, but everything, and on both sides of the move. The professionalism, politeness, and patience as they helped me disassemble some pieces to pack up, and then reassembling and placing them in the right spot made the whole move a smooth event. We did indeed make our best move, because we chose you. Job well done! Please give my best to everyone.
