Dear Willow Park Village Residents,
Attached is a link for the agenda for this upcoming Tuesday's Willow Park City Council meeting. Please read it with careful attention to Public Hearing point #2. See below. This is a rezoning of the property that borders WPV on the NorthWest border where the Well Church is. The developer’s plan is to put in a 110-unit 4 story apartment complex on these 6 acres that will border us from the west from Willow Crossing down to the western boundary of our park. I encourage any and all to attend this meeting to voice your opinions or concerns.

In the screenshot below is a map, the large filled RED space is the property in discussion, the property to the right of it in blue "118629" is proposed to be a daycare. So 110 apartments and a daycare, right next to our association.
