Zia Road Station Access Update: Galisteo Rd. will be closed on October 21 & 22 between Zia Rd. and the Zia Road Rail Runner Station.

Temporary station access will be available along Galisteo south of station entrance.

Effective November 1, 2026, the New Mexico Rail Runner Express will transition to a Fall/Winter schedule. There will be no changes to the Saturday or Sunday train schedule.

Changes:

🚆Train #100 Express – New! This train will depart Downtown Albuquerque at 3:54 a.m. and stop at the Montaño, Los Ranchos / Journal Center, Sandoval Co. / US 550, Santa Fe Co. / NM 599, South Capitol, and Santa Fe Depot Stations.

🚆Train #523 – This train will depart the Santa Fe Depot Station at 8:00 p.m. and make all stops south, ending at the Downtown Albuquerque Station. (Currently departs the Santa Fe Depot at 9:00 p.m.)

🚆Train #525 – This train will depart the Santa Fe Depot Station at 9:00 p.m. every weekday and make all stops south, ending at the Downtown Albuquerque Station. (Currently operates on Thursdays and Fridays only, and departs the Santa Fe Depot at 10:05 p.m.)
