The General Bookkeeper is expected to coordinate all revenue cycle and monthly closing activities to complete the roll up reporting cycle. This includes tracking progress to goal for end of month deliverables.

Essential Functions:
Work in high volume, accurate and time sensitive deadline driven environment.
Run point for all Accounts Payable functions.
Facilitate day to day work activities of the accounts payable and cash release functions.
Review and correct statement balance differences with large vendor accounts monthly
Monitoring and analyze accounting data and produce multi-entity over/under reporting monthly
Apply proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
The General Bookkeeper rolls up work effort of accounting staff by coordinating closely with Full Charge Bookkeeper. (Accounts Payable-Expense cycle + some Revenue cycle management) and is responsible for managing all forms of payment release, to ensure and complete and timely release.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal audit procedures.
Consistently Make outbound calls to vendors and be a primary company resourse to both external and internal customers.
Ability to run accrual and cash accounting and manage closing accrual balances accurately.
Ensure 100% invoices and system of records file data transfer between vendor management tool- Plate IQ and Sage 50 accounting software
Perform daily banking exceptions reporting, approval and clearing.
Ensure the daily needs of the accounting department are fulfilled.
Work with owners to manage expectations on vendor fulfilment and corporate checkbook.
Joint responsibility in all year end and compliance related responses, to IRS, SSA, ERISA, ACA, DOL, DOT and state reporting requirements of monthly GRT, annual SOS, annual gross rents reporting.
Run Point on month end over/under and Year End expense reporting via 1099 reporting.
Produce 1099 vendor reports
Actively engage vendors and contractors in dialogue to enroll in ACH or Vcard enrollment via plate IQ
Advise on system improvement needs and help to facilitate solutions.
Aptitude to advise on accounts payable with some receivable tracking (timing, completeness, accuracy and classification).
Capability to reconcile and trouble shoot cash reporting issues.
Skill to reconcile full general ledger and perform routine accounts payable/accounts receivable maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot multi-entity controllable costing.
Ability to advise on payroll and payroll liability reporting
Ability to ensure budgeting deep dives and corporate goals are met and communicate variance issues to both field managers and upper management.
Ability to keep adequate cash balances to meet deliverables for accounts payable.
Ability to track revenue and expenditure variance across multiple lines of business.
Ability to fully reconcile and report capital asset changes.
Ability to advise on bank account and investment reconciling issues.
Ability be primary for check runs.
Ability to summarize and report debt repayment schedules.
Establish and enforce all corporate accounting methods, policies and principles.
Work with zero tolerance on vendor late payments and successfully resolve vendor non-payment issues.
Coordinate and complete annual revenue audits, including review and compilation PBC requirements.
Continually Provide recommendations for team improvements.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective -Process Flow -actions.
Coordinate projects and advise staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meet financial reporting objectives.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document all transactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year Bachelor Degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal audit procedures.
Previous cost experience preferred.

Essential Functions:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize tasks.
- Food safety driven and food service experience.
- Responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas including ability to check and complete daily temperature logs.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers and/or griddles, slicer, etc. with the ability to use simultaneously at times.
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Read food order slips and/or screens or receive verbal instructions to cook to specifications.
- Verify prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
- Clean, stock and restock workstations, display cases, etc.
- Order and take delivery of product, as needed.

The Server is to interact with our guests and ensure they have an exceptional dining experience when dining at our restaurant. Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Our servers play a critical role, as it is his/her responsibility to make sure our guests are delighted in their visit and leave with the best guest experience possible. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

Essential Functions:

- Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Helps guests select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggesting courses; explaining restaurant specialties; identifying appropriate alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; answering food preparation questions.
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices; identifying guests' special dietary needs and special requests.
- Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression and communicate back to guest as appropriate.
- Serves orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments as needed.
- Responds to additional guest requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guests’ spills or other special needs.
- Obtains revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; delivering bill and payment; returning change or credit card and signature slip to guests.
- Stays up to date on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant; inviting guests to return.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
