TL; DR: 100% recommend this repair shop. Professional, quick, knowledgeable, and affordable.
Monday night around 19:30, I blew a wheel seal on my steer. Pulled into a Pilot, who told me they wouldn’t be able to even look at it until Tuesday morning, while I was sitting on a time sensitive delivery.
An entire job site was on hold waiting for me in Mitchell, IN. and here I was, 3.5 hours away, at a loss.
OnSite was the ONLY repair shop to answer the phone. They sent a technician, Brian (pictured with permission), who showed up before I could even get half an episode of SWAT in. Had it torn down and diagnosed in the dark before I knew what he was even looking at. Brian went and got the parts at the dealership, but no one realized that a lock washer was missing. So Brian and I cleaned up and he took me to a hotel down the road.
Bright and early this morning, Jon called and asked where he was picking me up from (I got bored three coffees in and decided to walk the 1.38 miles to the truck). Again, Jon showed up before I could finish last nights episode of SWAT and had the truck put back together before the next episode ended.
My delivery was several hours late, but at least it arrived the day they needed it. Thank you OnSite for being there and taking care of everything for us!
