A new law has prohibited infant walkers from being "used or be present in a child care program." This regulation went into effect last month.

Chapter 6 Rep. Talkini (Tally) Alves and child care educator Jessica Dean met with OCFS Commissioner Harris-Madden during a recent visit to Sullivan County. These two fierce advocates discussed child care related wins in Governor Hochul's upcoming budget and represented CSEA/VOICE directly to OCFS leadership.

We will always show up to advocate for and represent families and educators. Local, state, or federal - we'll be there!
