JRayl Driver community, friends, and family page. JRayl Transport is a large, asset-based logistics company that has been family owned and operated since 1987.

Founders Tim Rayl and Jim St. John began the company with only five trucks on a small private farm in Akron, Ohio. Since its humble beginnings, JRayl has grown tremendously but still maintains a family atmosphere that makes it one of the best trucking companies in the industry. The Rayl Family continues to be active and loyal to the success of the business. JRayl provides reliable transportation and logistics solutions. With more than 400 employees and multiple strategically places locations, the trucking business is able to meet the needs of a growing number of shippers, carriers, and drivers throughout the U.S. and internationally. JRayl's Top Workplace program is based on one simple belief: "The most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in." Our goal is to foster an environment of trust and engagement, and one that cares about the world around us. Our positive customer service experience and JRayl family relationships allow people to find loads, ship freight, and keep drivers rolling! We do require you to have a Class A CDL for all driving positions. Please consider joining the JRayl Family! Welcome Home!
