We are asking if you would record a video clip on your Smartphone and download it here. You could talk about a lot of things in the clip, such as:
•Testimonials for PROP (any of them that you may have attended)
•Specific speakers or topics you have heard at PROP
•The enjoyment of spending time with fellow MU-2 owners/operators at PROP
•Exhibitor room interaction at PROP
You can submit more than one entry. Be creative – have fun – help us get some of those crusty ole fellows who don’t attend PROP all excited about coming to PROP 2014.
We will use these clips in various ways. We may use yours in a PROP promotion or on the MU-2 website or during the PROP 2014 series of seminars. Everyone will get a gift for participating, and if we use your video clip, you will get an additional, even nicer gift.
PERSONAL VIDEO RELEASE
By submitting a video to Turbine Aircraft Services, Inc., you hereby authorize Turbine Aircraft Services, Inc. to publish your name, likeness, image, and participation in and performance on digital camera or otherwise for use in the PROP 2014 seminar program or parts thereof. You agree that the video may be used in PROP 2014 promotions, on the MU-2 website and/or during the PROP 2014 seminar. Use of the video will be at the sole discretion of Turbine Aircraft Services, Inc. and may be used in whole or in part for any exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world.
Turbine Aircraft Services, Inc. may use and authorize others to use all or parts of the videos. Turbine Aircraft Services, Inc., its successors and assigns shall own all rights, title and interest, including copyright, in and to the videos, to be used and disposed of without limitation as Turbine Aircraft Services, Inc. shall in its sole discretion determine.
