The move was flawless. QMP moved two family pianos, one 90 years old, smoothly and efficiently. The movers were personable, respectful and informative. They were clearly very experienced and offered suggestions on the care and possible positioning of the pianos. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend QPM. When they were experiencing delivery issues downtown, they called and asked if I could reschedule and offered me a discount. My piano was delivered that same week and arrived without a scratch. The delivery men were courteous and professional. Their communication throughout the delivery process and approach to customer satisfaction is top-notch.

I got a quick email estimate from the company. The office staff was very courteous when scheduling my appointment for pick up and delivery, giving me a 4 hour window. Then got a call to give me an even smaller window of 2 hours which I really appreciate. The movers were quick, courteous and very efficient.

I am pleased to give my highest recommendation to Quality Piano Moving. From start to finish, my experience with them was positive. The Web site was easy to navigate. The quote arrived quickly. The personnel on the phone were clear and courteous. The cost was within reason, compared to other companies. The movers were prompt, dependable, polite, efficient, and careful at both ends of the move. Even though this time I required only a spinet to be moved, I would trust Quality Piano Moving with a grand as well. I will definitely call this company in the future for piano moving.
