This week, members of ABA's Next Era Leadership Council joined ABA leadership for a legislative fly-in to highlight the economic significance of the motorcoach industry and group tourism.

Over the course of a packed day, participants met with lawmakers and staff to press for policies that sustain an industry that carries nearly 400 million passengers each year, generates more than $158 billion in economic activity, and serves as a vital transportation lifeline in communities often overlooked by other modes of transit.

"Dear Adventure Tours Team,

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out one of your drivers. I had the pleasure of working with MK last week and while he might not be an expert in our company’s tours just yet, he could be and should be given the opportunity to continue to grow.

Drivers can make or break a tour and MK’s openness to learning and taking suggestions made all the difference. He picked things up quickly, got us around safely and the kids loved him. I hope to work with him again in the future.
