After considerable thought and consultation with my vet and other experts Wild Heart Carriages has canceled all of its Dec. carriage rides due to the EHV1/EHM outbreak. We have an older herd and while they are vaccinated and boostered we feel like being safe is better than being sorry. Thank you all for the business and the understanding my horses come first.

We got to run wagons on the actual Santa Fe Trail near Council Grove. Took people from their cars down to the “revival tent” where the preacher met them in a horse and buggy for a Sunday service. Actual Santa Fe Trail ruts are nearby, which is cool. We were in the swells made by 4-5 wagons across which is more common to be able to be seen left of the trail. Visit Council Grove and learn all about our history.
