Job Title: Hotel Valet Manager
Location: Abilene, Texas

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Hotel Valet Manager for the Hilton DoubleTree Abilene
Position Overview: As the Hotel Valet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the valet parking operations, ensuring efficient and courteous service for our guests. You will lead a team of valet attendants, maintain high standards of professionalism, and contribute to the overall positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of valet attendants to provide exceptional service and uphold the hotel's standards.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day valet parking operations and coordination of valet services for guests and events.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing guest concerns, providing assistance, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce valet service protocols to ensure the safety and security of guests' vehicles and belongings.
Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate and facilitate smooth parking operations during events, peak periods, and high occupancy periods.
Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the valet department budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of valet equipment, ensuring functionality and appearance meet or exceed standards.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on valet operations, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to valet parking services.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in valet parking management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Knowledge of local parking regulations and laws.
