For National PB Day….The QUESTION IS ….PB2 OR Peanut Butter ❓

• 𝗣𝗕𝟮 is packed with that good ol' “PB flavor” that you love….However, contains 90% less fat & 70% fewer calories than what you'll find in regular PB.
A large portion of the natural oils are removed, yielding a powdered product that is 80-90 % lower in fat & calories than regular PB.

• 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗕 is full of fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. However, it can also be high in calories, sodium, and unsaturated fat.

^ Both can be nutritious options depending on individual dietary preferences and goals.
