Boat Shop General Team Worker Position

This important position entails being a team worker supporting our entire business efforts. Our business is to serve our boating customers with competent and courteous service. We have technicians who repair the boats and motors. We have customer service specialist who make sure our customers get what they need while keeping us profitable.
This position entails supporting the service and sales efforts with whatever else is needed to keep things going smoothly.
-Being a general helper serving the sales and service department’s needs.
-Keeping the showroom, shop and yard clean and organized.
-Cleaning up after jobs.
-Cleaning parts for inspection and reassembly.
-Sweeping, mopping, pressure washing, pulling weeds, and help in caring for our guard dog’s needs.
-Detailing boats and motors.
-Dismantling motors and preparing components for resale on eBay.
-Packing parts for shipment.
Any anything else that is needed.
There are training opportunities for advancement available as well.
We are flexible for family needs. Part or full time. Starting pay depends on experience and ongoing pay depends on performance. We expect hard work and a steady pace. We are fair and will do our best to make your experience a good one and compensate you fairly.

USCG Sector Columbia River in
Warrenton, Oregon today. They have an amazing command center and response facility.
We have developed a relationship of cooperation and coordination.
