Lien Transportation Company is currently hiring Truck Drivers to operate end dumps, side dumps and doubles, and/or water/tanker trucks. Duties include, but are not limited to, transporting equipment and hauling equipment and materials to the job site; tarping the load when necessary; conducting daily safety and maintenance inspections of the truck; and reporting any problems to the hauling crew leader.

Assistant Estimator Position

The successful candidate will possess an uncompromising emphasis on excellence in order to carry out the responsibilities of this position that include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing bid packages, estimates, analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for various commercial, residential, and government projects.
• Obtaining accurate measurements, documentation, sketches, and photographs for projects.
• Interfacing/communicating with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors to provide information for cost data regarding project feasibility.
• Obtaining current, accurate information and following up on progress status of estimates and projects.
• Assisting in compiling annual reports and budgets.
To successfully carry out the responsibilities for this position, a candidate must possess the following professional/personal skills and/or experience:
• experience in the following (or related) fields: Construction Estimating, Civil Engineering, GPS, Auto Cad
• exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
• proven record of being a self-starter
• ability to work independently/autonomously
• organized and detail-oriented
• excellent collaboration skills when working with contractors and fellow employees
