🤖 Artificial intelligence is changing the way we work, so we made sure our team is ready for it.

Our team in Odesa recently took part in a comprehensive AI seminar. Our founder Philipp shared insights on the current state of the technology and what it means for our daily work. 💡

The session was more than just a presentation. A knowledge test gave everyone the chance to put what they learned into practice, and the open exchange that followed brought up plenty of questions, ideas, and different perspectives. 📊

At STEX, we believe in investing in our people. Giving our team the knowledge and confidence to work with new technologies is part of what makes us a good employer. 🤝

And of course, the evening ended the way it should: with good food, good drinks, and even better company. 🍽️

🇺🇦 35 years of independence, and the spirit is stronger than ever.

On August 24, Ukraine celebrates its 35th Independence Day. A day that reminds us of what truly matters: freedom, resilience, and unity. ✊

Even in difficult times, the Ukrainian spirit remains unbroken. People continue to stand strong in everyday life: at work, in schools, in hospitals, and across all parts of society. 💪

At STEX Ukraine, we are proud to be part of this effort. Despite the challenges, our team keeps going, delivering results, creating jobs, and helping keep the economy alive. 🏢

We believe in the future of Ukraine. A future of peace, strength, and opportunity. 💙💛

Happy Independence Day! 🎉

🎉 Five years ago, Diana joined STEX, and what a journey it has been since then.

She started as a part-time assistant while still studying, took on more responsibility step by step through administration, and has now grown into a key part of our management team. 📈

This kind of growth doesn't happen by chance. It takes curiosity, consistency, and the courage to keep taking the next step. 💪

At STEX, we believe careers should be built from within, and Diana's story is exactly the proof of that. 🙌

Congratulations on five incredible years, Diana. Here's to many more! ❤️

🌍 This is what long-term dedication looks like at STEX.

When Olha and Diana joined STEX, they brought something rare: consistency, drive, and a genuine commitment to doing great work – every single day. And great work deserves a great reward. 🏆
So we sent them to Italy.

Together, they explored some of the most iconic places in the world: the ancient ruins of Pompeii, the overwhelming beauty of Rome and the Vatican, a boat trip to Capri, and the legendary Amalfi Coast. And of course – Naples, with all its energy and charm. 🍕🌊

At STEX, we believe that a company is only as strong as the people behind it. That's why we invest in our team – not just professionally, but personally. Because loyalty and performance are never taken for granted here. 💙

We are proud to have Olha and Diana on our team. Congratulations on a well-deserved trip! 🎊

🌻 Today, Ukraine celebrates Vyshyvanka Day – a holiday that wears its meaning on its sleeve. Literally.

The vyshyvanka is more than a traditional embroidered shirt. Every stitch tells a story – of family, region, faith, and resilience. Patterns passed down through generations, worn with pride from villages to city streets, from grandmothers to grandchildren.

On this day, Ukrainians around the world put on their vyshyvankas to show that culture cannot be erased, traditions cannot be broken, and identity is something you carry with you – always.

This year, four of our colleagues are celebrating in brand-new vyshyvankas – chosen with vouchers they received from STEX as a Christmas gift. 🎁

For us, it's a small but meaningful gesture: we want our team to feel at home with their culture, even far from home. Because at STEX, we believe that supporting our people also means supporting who they are – their roots, their traditions, their identity. 💙💛

Happy Vyshyvanka Day to everyone celebrating! 🌾

💪 Healthy people. Strong teams. Better results.

What drives great performance at work? It starts with well-being.

At STEX Ukraine, taking care of our team is not just a benefit — it’s part of our company culture. We believe that a healthy body leads to a clear mind and better results. 💪🧠

That’s why our Health Benefit Program supports employees in different ways — from sports activities like the gym and fitness to medical services and pharmacy costs.

The best part? Our team actively uses this program and makes the most of it — choosing what works best for their lifestyle and well-being. 🙌

Some of our colleagues are already great examples: Olha practices fly stretching and performs complex acrobatic elements, while Anastasiia, Artem, and Olena enjoy spending time at the gym. 🏋️‍♀️

Because when our people feel good, they perform at their best — and that’s a win for everyone.

🌟 Growth in Focus – Larysa’s Quarterly Review Experience

During her recent review, Larysa — Sales Representative shared her results from the previous quarter, highlighting achievements and key learnings. At the same time, she set new goals for her professional development, showing strong motivation to keep improving. 📈

What made this meeting especially valuable was her openness — Larysa also shared her own ideas and perspective, contributing to a constructive and forward-looking discussion. 💬
