🌻 Today, Ukraine celebrates Vyshyvanka Day – a holiday that wears its meaning on its sleeve. Literally.

The vyshyvanka is more than a traditional embroidered shirt. Every stitch tells a story – of family, region, faith, and resilience. Patterns passed down through generations, worn with pride from villages to city streets, from grandmothers to grandchildren.

On this day, Ukrainians around the world put on their vyshyvankas to show that culture cannot be erased, traditions cannot be broken, and identity is something you carry with you – always.

This year, four of our colleagues are celebrating in brand-new vyshyvankas – chosen with vouchers they received from STEX as a Christmas gift. 🎁

For us, it's a small but meaningful gesture: we want our team to feel at home with their culture, even far from home. Because at STEX, we believe that supporting our people also means supporting who they are – their roots, their traditions, their identity. 💙💛

💼 Stronger Together – Marco Visited STEX Ukraine for Quarterly meetings

Together with our founder Philipp, they personally met with each team member to discuss individual goals, current challenges, and plans for the 1st quarter of 2026. 🎯
