β¨οΈ Sound Healing Journey ~
Opening the Seven Seals β¨οΈ
β A unique healing experience floating on SUP boards in the mangroves during the sunset on the 15th of February, offered for the first time in Zanzibar β
The sound healing journey led by Lwanda Magere ~ Ngavo, the Ancient Griot is a guided ceremonial process that uses sound, breath, and meditation to awaken the bodyβs natural healing intelligence.
This journey is structured around the Seven Seals and Seven Chakras, aligning each energy center with its corresponding musical note and vibrational frequency. Through live traditional instruments, such as the Adungu, Nyatiti, drums, and sacred strings ~ sound becomes medicine, moving through the body as vibration rather than concept.
Each chakra is activated using a specific healing note:
β The lower centers are grounded through deep, resonant tones that stabilize the body and nervous system.
β The middle centers are opened with melodic flows that release emotional and mental blockages.
β The higher centers are refined through subtle harmonics that calm the mind and elevate awareness.
The session unfolds gradually, guided by intentional breathwork that regulates energy flow and deepens presence. Breath acts as the bridge between sound and consciousness, allowing participants to receive the vibrations fully without resistance.
As the journey progresses, the seven seals are gently unlocked, restoring balance between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. This alignment naturally leads toward the activation of the Third Eye, enhancing clarity, intuition, inner vision, and spiritual perception.
Rather than forcing awakening, the process is organic and ancestral, rooted in African griot traditions where sound was used to heal, initiate, and transmit wisdom. Participants are guided into a meditative state where healing occurs through listening, breathing, and surrendering to vibration.
The journey concludes with grounding tones and silence, allowing integration and embodied awareness.
This is not performance, it is remembrance
Sound becomes a key
The body becomes a temple
And the listener becomes the instrument
~ You are warmly welcome π
