ROAD FREIGHT SHIPMENTS. We have experience of more that five years clearing importation coming through Tanzania borders. We have been clearing a lot of shipments coming in to the country through different borders like, Kenyan Tanzania border (NAMANGA),border of ( HOROHORO) going through Tanga / Dar es salaam. Zambia Tanzania border of (TUNDUMA) and Malawi Tanzania border of (KASUMULO). We clear all shipments coming by road through Tanzania borders from Mombasa, Kenya via namanga border, coming from southern part of Africa through Tunduma and Kasumulo ( Zambia / Malawi Tanzania borders). IRA LINKS will require the following documents prior the arrival of the shipment, for processing of customs documentations and applying of necessary Import Permits from government authorities. AIRFREIGHT SHIPMENTS.
• Airway bill (which will clearly indicates IRA LINKS as notified clearing agent) Supplier’s invoice. Note: These documents will be required at least two working days prior the arrival of the shipment. ROADFREIGHT SHIPMENTS.
• Bill of Lading (For the shipments coming by sea then road freight to
Tanzania, like the ones coming from Mombasa port or Dar es salaam port) • Road Consignment Note ( For the shipments originating from any country coming direct to Tanzania by road freight like from Zambia etc) • Supplier’s Invoice. Note: These will be required at least one week before shipment’s arrival at the borders, to provide enough time for documentations. EXPORT CLEARANCE. We have same experience on exporting shipments from any part of Tanzania to any destination in the world with the help of our experienced counterparts connecting through our neighboring countries.
