ney and judging by our guests’ reviews, they agree too! Safariland Cottages began in 2008 when Ben Koka built the accommodations for Arusha’s new Bed and Breakfast. The location of the cottages is perfect, far enough outside of town to give a peaceful nights sleep for guests, but close enough that a short ride in the transfer bus takes you into the heart of Arusha for a lovely meal at one of Arusha’s great restaurants, or a night out at one of the many nightclubs. Csilla Koka, Ben’s wife made a labour of love of the tropical gardens around the cottages until the enclosure became the oasis of peace that Safariland Cottages is today. Today the cottages continue to provide relaxing and well priced accommodation in Arusha to travelers from all over the world, visiting Tanzania or just passing through on a Grand Tour of Africa.
