又到了新的一年了，而雞年又有什麼特殊的意義呢？

古代時，雞經常被中國文人墨客引喻到文章，詩詞、傳奇故事中，其雞冠代表「文采」，腳距代表「武備」，所以雞是文武全才，此外，遇到敵人就會「勇敢」拚鬥，發現食物會相呼應，具有「仁愛」精神，守夜不失時，表示有信用，這就是為什麼詩經中會以「風雨如晦,雞鳴不已」這句話中，以雞比喻為亂世中不改操守的君子。

雞的最顯著的象徵意義就是守信、準時。公雞報曉，意味著天將明，再進一步引伸一下，就象徵著由黑暗到光明的初啼。希望新的一年讓雞鳴聲，帶領我們揮別過去迎接盛大光明的到來，飛宏祝賀大家雞鳴春報喜氣到喔！！
