Wakesurfing in Taipei.

Wakesurfing is a water sport in which a rider trails behind a boat, riding the boat's wake without being directly pulled by the boat.

It’s easier to learn than surfing to me 😂 . And no need to to go beach ,it’s in the city.

[Stinky tofu vs. 1 day-old chick]
Trying local food is the best part of travelling.

(Stinky tofu)
Stinky tofu is one of the most popular snack foods in Taiwan and it smells like rotten garbage !?
some foreign friends said.

(1 day old chick):
I had it in Baguio Night Market for the first time, It tastes good and crispy but it looks a little scary to me ,truth be told😅

No matter where you are, local food will be a memorable part of your trip.

[Do Filipinos and Taiwanese indigenous people speak the same language?]

There is a Taiwanese tribe called "Tao"
living in the Orchid Island (Lanyu). Their language is more closely related to the ones being spoken in Batanes Island, an island located at the top most of the Philippines, than that of the Taiwanese indigenous people.

Lanyu and Ivatan people might have the same origin. Although their islands are separated from each other, still 70% of the language is the same. Hence, they can communicate with each other and do trading exchanges with ease .

Q&A

1. Can Tao people speak Ivatan's dialect? Come to Lanyu and find out about it. lol

2. Can you identify the Tao person in the picture? The second one from the left

Q&A

[A Filipino-looking tour guide working in Taiwan.]
Filipino-looking na tour guide sa Taiwan.

I’m a Taiwanese tour guide but always mistaken for a Filipino. Filipinos who always say they "nose bleed" when they speak English even if they are natural speakers of English. lol 😂

I guide many Filipino travelers around Taiwan and I love them for being friendly and cheerful. I wanted to learn more about them. So, I decided to go to the Philippines last year and I even stayed for a month to deeply understand their culture.

I had a great time in the Philippines and I hope I could offer Filipino travelers an unforgettable experience in Taiwan .

Guys, if you’d like to discover many amazing places in Taiwan , you're welcome to follow my Facebook fan page.
Love you all 😘

========================

Whoa, Travelling in Taiwan During Coronavirus Pandemic !?

Is it safe in Taiwan now? Many friends asked me about that.
First of all, thanks for you everyone's concern.

The answer is 'yes', No lockdown and we did our best to curb the spread of the virus. Taiwan goes 59 days without local cases.
but only Taiwanese citizens can come to Taiwan so far, just hope the virus will be gone soon. and all of you keep safe.

Now,Let's watch travel video

Matsu,Taiwan
“99% Foreign tourists never been to this place in Taiwan “

It called Matsu which is outlying islands in Taiwan. And Matsu is indeed very closed to China which is only 9.5km away at the nearest spot. Thus it has served as a front line outpost for Taiwan since 1949.

You might would like to know what’s that in the pictures. It called Blue tears ( sea of stars)
So beautiful 😍 that’s what I was thinking when I saw this view. If you’d like to see this , the season is from April to June .
