裕民風能航運股份有限公司設立於2021年6月，引領由國人組建的本土團隊，提供離岸風電海事運輸服務。目前擁有4艘CTV國輪，船隊採用鋁合金三體式SWATH船體，適合台灣嚴峻海象，搭配專利Soft Bow液壓系統，將有利於提升風場工作的穩定性。其中2艘新船可搭載人數最多達乘客24名，搭配MAN主機、噴水推進器及主動式航態水翼，提升船舶整體操控效能及舒適性，兼顧航行安全、穩定性及工作效率。
