【Behind the Milestone | The People Behind Orient Innovator】
Following the successful launch of Orient Innovator, we take a look back at a special moment leading up to this important milestone.
Ahead of her launch, DFO’s on-site team joined our shipbuilding partner VARD and project colleagues for a traditional prayer ceremony, wishing Orient Innovator a safe and successful journey in the years ahead.
For DFO, every milestone is also an opportunity to recognise the people who make it possible.
Throughout the construction process, our colleagues stationed at the shipyard have been working closely alongside VARD — following progress on site, coordinating across teams, overseeing quality, and addressing challenges together. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment have been essential in keeping the project steadily moving forward.
Our sincere appreciation goes to every member of the DFO on-site team, as well as VARD and its project team, for the expertise, teamwork, and close collaboration that have brought Orient Innovator to this important stage.
The launch may be the milestone we see, but behind it are countless hours of teamwork, coordination, and commitment.

下水前，DFO駐廠團隊與造船合作夥伴 VARD及專案夥伴共同參與傳統祈福儀式，為東方先鋒獻上祝福，祈願未來航程平安順利、每一次任務圓滿成功。
