仲碩科技的AI自動巡軌機器人,結合了六軸無人機與自走軌道車,保養簡單、無需人員操作,他可依照巡檢班表自動起飛、自動降落到軌道上進行軌道檢查。AI自動巡軌機器人的4K高速攝影機可以立即擷取軌道影像,同時運用AI分析軌道狀態,並產生報表提供營運單位,如此便能提前預知軌道壽命,並大幅提昇列車與乘客的安全。
Generally, the train is composed of 8 carriages, each weighing about 40,000 KG. Therefore, if there is any abnormal condition on the track at high speed, it may lead to a very serious accident. However, there are an average of 6,000 to 7,200 components per KM of track that need to be inspected. When relying on scientific methods such as flaw detection vehicles, the operating unit must bear high costs for a long time, and it also requires continuous training of professional operators.
If relying on human inspection, the operating unit will bear huge employee safety risks and the problem of poor inspection efficiency.
JC TECH's "AI Automatic Track Inspection Robot" combines six-axis drone and self-propelled rail car. It is easy to maintain and requires no personnel to operate. It can automatically takeoff and automatically land on the track for track inspection according to the inspection schedule. The 4K high-speed camera of JC TECH's "AI Automatic Track Inspection Robot" can immediately capture track images, and at the same time use AI to analyze the track status, then generate reports to operating units, so that the track life can be predicted in advance, and the safety of trains and passengers can be greatly improved.
