Please be advised that effective immediately, guests staying at Margarita Village Hotel & Resort and Venetur Hotel Margarita will be required to provide a refundable US$50.00 (CASH ONLY) hotel security deposit upon check-in.

This security deposit is held by the hotel as a precaution against any incidental damages, loss, or outstanding charges associated with the room during the guest’s stay.

✅ The US$50.00 deposit will be refunded at check-out in CASH, provided that:

🇹🇹 INFORMATION ADVISORY | SAFE RETURN OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO NATIONALS 🇻🇪

We are pleased to share the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs' official update regarding the safe return of 37 Trinidad and Tobago nationals from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on 28th June 2026, following the double seismic event that occurred on 24th June 2026.

The returning nationals, including members of the Table Tennis Association, were able to return home through the coordinated efforts of the Embassy of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in Caracas, led by Mr. Dayne-Marc Chin Slick, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., under the direction of the Honourable Sean Sobers, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs.

We are honoured that Hover Tours and Rutaca Airlines were recognized by the Ministry for their invaluable assistance in facilitating the safe return of our nationals during this challenging time.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone involved for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of Trinidad and Tobago citizens.
