We have been getting a lot of queries on suitcase wheel-repair. In order to do a proper repair it is important to use matching wheels that are only available from an authorized repairer for your particular brand, or by contacting their customer service department for replacement wheels for that particular brand and model of suitcase. If you choose to have it done by us you will need to provide the CSD with a clear picture of your suitcase so that they can identify the model and the damaged wheel. Indicate left,right and front back in the case of four-wheelers (as with cars) Once you get matching wheels, including wheel housing,rivets or screws as needed we can assemble. If your suitcase is still under warranty you may not have to pay for the wheels or shipping. If not you may have to pay for wheels and shipping. This has been done successfully by our customers who are concerned about having a quality repair done.
