🎓✈️ Career Caravan in Guyana!

Caribbean Airlines, in partnership with the Guyana Tourism Authority, recently engaged students at Annandale Secondary, President's College, Soesdyke Secondary and Diamond Secondary through our Career Caravan education outreach programme.

As part of the Education Pillar of our Sustainability Programme, the initiative exposes students to career opportunities in aviation, tourism and related fields while inspiring the next generation of Caribbean leaders.

A special thank you to our employee volunteers, the GTA and the Ministry of Education Guyana for making this initiative a success.

Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, Senator the Honourable Eli Zakour, joined Caribbean Airlines Chairman Reyna Kowlessar, Vice Chair Videsh Praim, Board Member Amit Mahabir, and Acting CEO Varma Khillawan for a tour of the airline’s newest Boeing 737-8 aircraft, 9Y-CUB.
The aircraft arrived in Piarco from Seattle on May 28 and marks another significant milestone in Caribbean Airlines’ fleet modernization journey.
As the airline’s 10th Boeing 737-8 aircraft, its addition further strengthens the fleet and supports the company’s ongoing investment in operational efficiency, reliability, and an enhanced customer experience.
9Y-CUB is expected to be officially inducted and placed into service within the next two weeks.
