Overview

Villa Molly is situated in the beautiful Turquoise Coast resort of Kalkan, Turkey. This lovely detached holiday property is air conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people along with a private swimming pool. The villa is situated near restaurants and bars so there is no need for a car. There are lots of local taxi's that will take you to and from the marina for approximately 9 Lira (approx £2.

Layout

The ground floor is occupied by a large and airy living area, with a brand new open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The lounge opens directly to the pool terrace by way of two sets of large patio doors. The first floor houses 2 large en suite bedrooms: a double and a twin, each with direct access to a private panoramic balcony. The upper floor, together with the en suite master bedroom, has a fantastic large roof terrace with seating area offering unobstructed views over the village of Kalkan and the sea. Living Room

Villa Molly has 3 good sized air conditioned bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom). The Villa can sleep up to 6 people. Bathrooms

There are 3 generous en suite bathrooms.. There is also a separate guest w/c. Terrace

The large outside terrace area offers sunbeds, parasols, a shaded dining area decking area which includes a large corner sofa to relax and watch the sun go down. Swimming Pool

The private swimming pool is generously sized and surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean shrubs and trees. It is beautifully lit at night time. Size: 4m x 6m

A holiday at Molly is not complete without a visit to Manzara Keyfine which is situated only a few minutes walk behind the villa. It is the cutest cafe and is a real family affair. The spiced chicken served on fresh bread is amazing. Just walk up and over the waste ground to the left of Kangol supermarket and you can’t miss it.
