Görev Tanımı:
• Armator ve Hava Acenteleri ile iletişim halinde kalmak,
• Kargonun çıkışından varışına kadar geçen operasyon sürecini takip edecek ve eksiksiz bilgi akışını sağlayacak.
• Rezervasyon süreçlerini & taleplerini yönetmek,
• Oluşacak rezervasyon taleplerine istinaden gerekli ekipman tahsisi ve nakliye operasyon sürecini hazırlamak,
• Operasyonlara ilişkin dokümantasyon işlemlerini takip etmek,
• Denizyolu ve havayolu operasyon faaliyetleri süresince müşterilerle iletişim kurmak,
• Yurtdışı acente ve tedarikçilerle iletişimi yürütmek,

Aranan Özellikler:
· Universite mezunu
· Lojistik sektöründe en az 2 yil deneyimli
· İngilizce bilen,
· İnsan ilişkilerinde başarılı,
· Organizasyon beceresine sahip,
· Müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutan,
· Takım çalışmasına yatkın,
· Kişisel gelişime açık,
