لكل فعل رد فعل ولما كنا بنفكر فى التدريب فى مصر لقينا رد فعل غير طبيعي من المهندسين المصريين العاملين والدارسين في مجال هندسة الطيران خريجى جامعة القاهرة والأكاديمية حتى خريجي جامعة الزقازيق وبعض المهندسين شعبة ميكانيكا وتكنولوجيا انتاج اللى عايزين يشتغلوا في مجال الطيران وجالنا اقتراحات كثيرة منهم وافكار لم تكن في الحسبان.
منها تقسيط الكورس على اربعة اشهر بواقع 500 يورو في الشهر.
ومنها زيادة ساعات التدريب ومنها كمان عروض تدريس لمهندسين مصريين.
الافكار كتيرة جدا والحقيقة أنها كلها عظيمة وتفتح مجال وآفاق جديده للتدريب فى مصر وعليه:
اخترنا بعضها ١- يتم تقسيط مصاريف التدريب على 4شهور
2-يتم زيادة ساعات التدريب لكل مادة مع اعتماد فرصة التدريب بالمجان لغير القادرين ماديا واعطاؤهم الفرصة لحضور التدريب فقط.
3-اختيار بعض المهندسين المصريين العاملين في مجال الطيران واعدادهم لفرقة انستركتور واعتمادهم كمدربين من الأياسا.
4-فتح الباب للتقديم لدورة نوفمبر 2018 بعد إنتهاء التسجيل لدورة اغسطس
5-فتح المجال لكل الأفكار الخاصة ب مجال الصيانه والاخذ بعين الاعتبار تنفيذها في حدود المسموح

لما فكرنا إننا نعمل دورة تدريبية في مصر التفكير ماكنش صدفة لأننا عارفين كويس أن مهندسين الطيران في مصر من أقوى المهندسين في مجالهم وكان فى جزء من رد الجميل للناس اللى اتعلمنا على أيديهم فى مصر.
دورات التدريب للتأهيل على امتحانات رخصة الطيران المدني الأوروبي(EASA) من أكبر جامعة ألمانية في هذا المجال.
ليه اخترنا المانيا مع أن كل الناس بتقول انجلترا والطيران المدني الانجليزي .
السؤال ده كان مهم جدآ لينا ،انجلترا خرجت من الاتحاد الأوروبي وبنهاية يوم 19/3/2019 تنتهي علاقة الطيران المدنى الانجليزي بمنظمة الأياسا وتسقط جميع الابروفلز لجميع المدارس الانجليزيه والشركات تصبح خارج الأياسا زتصبح الشهادات والرخصة محلية مثلها مثل الايكاو المصري.
إحنا بنقدم أكبر جامعة ألمانية في مجال هندسة الطيران مش بس كده تم الاتفاق على تخفيض تكلفة الدورة
الكاملة مع الإمتحانات المؤهلة للحصول على رخصة الأياسا
