Toplumsal kapsayıcılık ve sürdürülebilirliği sanatın birleştirici gücüyle buluştu…
Mersin Halk Eğitimi Merkezi, Tarsus Amerikan Koleji ve ZİÇEV Mersin iş birliğiyle hayata geçirilen “Çukurova’nın Kalbine Uçuyoruz” projesi kapsamında hazırlanan eserleri havalimanımızda ziyaretçilerimizle buluşturmanın mutluluğunu yaşıyoruz.
Özel gereksinimli bireyler ile öğrencilerin birlikte ürettiği, geri dönüşüm malzemelerinin değerlendirilmesiyle hazırlanan eserler; çevresel sorumluluk, toplumsal kapsayıcılık ve ortak üretim kültürüne güçlü bir vurgu yapıyor.
Çukurova’nın kültürel mirasının önemli simgelerinden Şahmeran temalı eser ise sergi sonrasında havalimanımızda kalıcı olarak sergilenecek.
Sanatın herkes için erişilebilir olduğu, farklılıkların değer ürettiği ve sürdürülebilir bir geleceğe katkı sunduğu bu anlamlı projede yer almaktan gurur duyuyoruz.

Social inclusion and sustainability come together through the unifying power of art…
We are delighted to host and share with our visitors the artworks created as part of the “Flying to the Heart of Çukurova” project, brought to life through the collaboration of Mersin Public Education Center, Tarsus American College, and ZİÇEV Mersin.
Created jointly by students and individuals with special needs, and produced using recycled materials, these artworks emphasize environmental responsibility, social inclusion, and the value of collaborative creation.
One of the exhibition’s highlights, a Şahmaran-themed artwork inspired by one of Çukurova’s most significant cultural symbols, will remain on permanent display at our airport following the exhibition.
We are proud to be part of this meaningful project, where art is accessible to everyone, diversity creates value, and collective efforts contribute to a more sustainable future.
