We regret to inform you that The Executive Lounge (Thailand) company limited will temporarily close our lounges and services from 30 March 2020 until further notice. Please see attached notification FYI.
For all booking on 31 March 2020 onwards will be rejected and cancelled.
If you would like to get a refund as per booking during 31 March 2020 – 30 April 2020. Please indicate booking reference number and bank account for refund. Anyway, you can keep your money as credit for further booking if you want.
For other booking, we would like to apologize in advance for delay in reply as we are dealing with massive volume, please provide us your booking reference number for us to assist you further. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
We are appreciating for your trust and loyalty over the years, we will take this as an opportunity to develop and modify our service to be better. We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and sound and that we can welcome you at our Lounge as soon as possible.
