ตามที่ได้มีการกล่าวถึงกรณีความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนเกี่ยวกับการจองเรือนั้น ทางเราขอเรียนชี้แจงในส่วนของคนขับรถตู้ทั้ง 2 คัน ดังนี้
คนขับรถทั้ง 2 คัน ได้รับการว่าจ้างจากลูกค้าเพื่อรับ-ส่งมายังบริเวณตลาดน้ำตามปกติ อย่างไรก็ตาม ทางคนขับไม่ได้รับทราบมาก่อนว่าลูกค้าได้มีการจองเรือไว้กับทางท่าเรือล่วงหน้า เนื่องจากลูกค้าไม่ได้แจ้งรายละเอียดดังกล่าวให้ทราบตั้งแต่ต้น
ต่อมา ลูกค้าได้สอบถามเกี่ยวกับท่าเรือและค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้บริการ ทางคนขับจึงได้แนะนำท่าเรือที่กลุ่มลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่นิยมใช้บริการ พร้อมทั้งแจ้งราคาซึ่งเป็นอัตราค่าบริการที่ลูกค้ายอมรับได้ และลูกค้าเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการดังกล่าวด้วยตนเอง
ทั้งนี้ ทางคนขับไม่มีเจตนาที่จะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้ประกอบการรายใด และไม่มีเจตนาหลีกเลี่ยงการติดต่อประสานงานแต่อย่างใด เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นความคลาดเคลื่อนในการสื่อสารและความเข้าใจระหว่างหลายฝ่าย
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริง และขออภัยหากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานของทางท่าเรือ
Regarding the misunderstanding related to the boat reservation, we would like to formally clarify the matter concerning the two van drivers as follows:
Both drivers were hired by the customers solely to provide transportation to the floating market area as part of their normal transfer service. However, the drivers were not informed in advance that the customers had already made a prior reservation with the pier, as such details were not communicated to them from the beginning.
Later, the customers inquired about available piers and service fees. The drivers therefore recommended a pier that their customers commonly use, with pricing that the customers considered acceptable. The final decision to use such service was made entirely by the customers themselves.
We would also like to clarify that the drivers had no intention of causing damage or loss to any business operator, nor did they intend to avoid communication or coordination in any way. The incident appears to have resulted from a misunderstanding and miscommunication among the parties involved.
We sincerely apologize if this situation has affected the operations of the pier, and we respectfully provide this statement to clarify the facts of the matter.
